Sunrise Processing, Inc. is pleased to provide the following services as part of our processing package. A list of documents needed to begin processing the loan is spelled out on our "what we need" page. Prompt delivery of all documents listed will ensure timely completion of processing by Sunrise Processing. Within 24 hours of receipt of the completed application, we will input the data into our Calyx Point system. If the Point file has not been emailed to us, and if we find there are any missing documents, we will promptly send out an "Additional Items Needed" list.
 
Receive 1003 for processing Receive 1003 in point format. Upload the same into Calyx System

integrity check 		Review the uploaded 1003 and check for any missing information. Red flag any inconsistent information.
Review AUS
Findings		 Run an AUS finding / receive an AUS finding. Review the finding to create a checklist of requirements for the application (we will need your codes for all investors)

Clear lender conditions Coordinate with underwriter and LO to provide all missing docs and information
Order payoff & evidence of insurance Payoff ordered and followed up ever 24-48 hrs. until received and order hazard insurance with correct loss payee
Draw Docs If warehouse line line - draw docs and request funds
Coordinate Closing

Coordinate with Title company to ensure closing is complete
Purchasing Coordinate with LO - work on suspense conditions promptly to ensure loan is purchased
