In order to expedite the processing of your loans, please include the following items with your packages:

Full Doc Loans

One month worth of current pay stubs
Last 2 years W-2's
Last 2 months bank statements
Current statements for 401k, IRA, or retirement accounts
If self-employed - last 2 years (1040's) (1120's if corporation)
Current Mortgage statement (for all properties owned) - refinance
Hazard Insurance dec page (for all properties owned) - refinance
If there are rental properties - need last 2 years 1040's, rental agreements, mortgage statements and insurance dec page for all properties.

Stated Income Loans

Current Mortgage statement - refinance
Hazard Insurance dec page - refinance
If self-employed - CPA letter stating they have filed self-employed for the last 2 years in the same business, same
location, or last 2 years business license.
Last 2 months bank statements (unless doing stated assets)
Current statements for any 401K, IRA or retirement accounts

2nd TD's or Equity Lines

Copy of the note for the 1st TD
Hazard Insurance dec page
Current Mortgage statement
Credit report needs to show current mortgage history or need payment history

All Files

FULLY COMPLETED 1003 application, authorization and junk forms signed
(ecoa, fair lending, right to appraisal, credit score disclosures, all FHA forms if applicable, etc.)
Credit report within the last 30 days
Copy of Driver's License and Social Security Cards for all borrowers
Landlord information (if applicable)
Submission sheet completed
Applications need to show 2 full years of residence and 2 full years of employment
If doing 2 concurrent loans, need 2 completed 1003's signed
